All from Asian-American backgrounds, Chef Sahar Siddiqi of Chai Pani Decatur, Chef Mia Ocino of Kamayan, and Editor of Eater Atlanta, Henna Bakshi, have all made names for themselves by cooking from their roots and highlighting the food and culture they grew up with. Chefs Siddiqi & Ocino (both leaders of MICHELIN recommended restaurants) will collaborate on a menu featuring the dynamic flavors of Southeast Asia, paired with wines curated by level 3 WSET, Henna Bakshi.
