Robert Haynes was born and raised in Aruba. He studied with Neapolitan chefs in California to perfect the art of Neapolitan pizza-making and become VPN certified. Chef Robert has worked at many well-known restaurants such as IL Pescatore and Witherspoon Grill in Princeton, NJ and Havana Central in Times Square, NY. Having worked both as a consultant, chef and general managers, chef is passionate about food as well as service to create a memorable experience for anyone that dines in our establishments
