A leader in Atlanta's plant-based movement, Reid Trapani spent the past decade working his way up and through the city's hospitality industry, with a mission to redefine the way people think about food and dining by highlighting the possibilities of plant-based cuisine. Named a 2023 'Chef to Watch' by Plate Magazine and nominated 2023 'Restauranteur Rookie of the Year,' Trapani is the chef/owner of La Semilla, located in Reynoldstown. In its first year of operation, La Semilla was ranked by Eater as one of the best new restaurants in America, Atlanta Magazine's 'Best New Restaurant,' and by Conde Nast as one of the best new restaurants in the World.
