Come October 2018, she flung open the doors to the very first Slutty Vegan restaurant, ready to welcome burger aficionados from far and wide. And what a grand entrance it was! Three months later, in the heart of winter, a whopping 1,200 hungry souls braved the chilly 45-degree weather to join the raucous celebration of her grand opening. From apartment kitchen to food truck fiesta to brick-and-mortar sensation, Cole's journey was nothing short of a flavor-filled rollercoaster. And the best part? She was just getting warmed up!
