Chef Melba Velazquez serves as Chef de Cuisine at Nest on Four at Signia by Hilton Atlanta. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she has expert knowledge in classic cooking techniques and the ability to create modern dishes influenced by a wide variety of cultures. Prior to joining Signia by Hilton Atlanta, Chef Velazquez served as an Executive Chef at Bulla Gastrobar Atlanta and Spanglish & Grails Miami as well as various roles at the St. Regis, M House, Nikki Beach Miami, among others.
