Chef Mel Toledo, chef and owner of Foundation Social Eatery, brings 25 years of cooking in some of the best kitchens in Atlanta, New York, California, and France. These experiences have culminated in the forming of his culinary “Foundation” for which he bases his current philosophy of the dining experience he offers nightly to his guests. In operation since March 2013, Foundation Social Eatery opened originally in Roswell, GA, and now relocated to Alpharetta since late 2022 winning Eater Atlanta's Best Comeback Story of 2023. Chef Toledo continues to receive accolades, most recently winning Best Appetizer and Best Dessert at Taste of Alpharetta. Foundation Social Eatery has become a dining destination worth the travel from Atlanta.
