Originally from Buenos Aires and a graduate of Le cordon Bleu with honors, Chef Biggio draws inspiration from her Italian and Spanish heritage to craft dishes that are both soulful and refined. Know for her expertise in banquets and restaurant fine dining, she strives to create memorable experiences through flavor, presentation and hospitality. At the Atlanta Food and Wine festival, she proudly represents the Westin with a showcase of vibrant, elevated cuisine.
