Chef Kevin Maxey always had a passion for the culinary arts, a talent that he was naturally gifted at. After a career in Real Estate Appraisal, his entrepreneurial spirit to cook overwhelmed him. In 2015, he started MAXEY FLAVORS, LLC., the parent company for his now established restaurant & food truck, "SOUTH OF PHILLY," a spin on the Philly Style cheesesteaks with a Southern Twist.
