Day Joseph, a former fashion girl turned culinary sensation, is a force to be reckoned with in the food world. Her journey began at Resturant Daniel in 2012, where she honed her skills and expanded her expertise, even mastering the art of charcuterie with The Dinex Group.She then founded her acclaimed Dine With Day supper club and Boutique catering company,The supper club quickly grew into a 12-course dinner party extravaganza. But Day's talents extend beyond the kitchen; she effortlessly combines her marketing savvy with her culinary prowess, creating unforgettable experiences that tell a unique story through her food. Passionate about giving back, she taught nutrition to underserved Students in Brooklyn, NY while working at Restaurant Daniel. Day later made her mark in Atlanta, opening the highly regarded Afro-Caribbean restaurant, Rock Steady Atlanta, and then taking the helm as executive chef at APT 4B. Not one to shy away from the spotlight, she became a private chef for A-list celebrities, including Meek Mill and Rick Ross. Chef Day has also Starred and competed in fan favorite shows on the Food Network such as Chopped, Guys Grocery Games and Beat Bobby Flay.Later her journey took her to Tesserae, Thompson Buckhead’s exclusive members-only club, where she served comforting, market-driven dishes. After departing her corporate position she decided to focus solely on developing her business Dine With Day, a boutique catering company and Chef Consultancy. A recent recipient of the prestigious Atlanta Rising Star award from Star Chefs, Day Joseph continues to captivate palates with her Caribbean-inspired creations while engaging her community in experiences that foster connection, and conversation among guests.
