Belén de la Cruz is an Argentinian self-taught cook and entrepreneur who has turned her passion for flavorful food into a brand that’s synonymous with high-quality empanadas, cakes, and pastries “Baked with Love.“ Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Belén credits her Mom’s amazing cooking skills as the inspiration to share fresh and delicious meals around the family table. It was this inspiration that got her started in teaching others how to prepare and enjoy her traditional Argentine recipes. Her cooking lessons were a hit, and soon, Belen de la Cruz Empanadas & Pastries was born, allowing her to share the flavors and culture of her native Argentina with even more people. Her first bakery opened in February 2020 in Johns Creek. From then on, Belén de la Cruz Empanadas & Pastries has continued to grow, with four more stores opening, and their products available in several locations around Georgia and South Carolina. With carefully crafted recipes, baked to the highest standards, Belén de la Cruz Empanadas & Pastries captures the spirit of sharing a satisfying meal with friends and family around a nicely set table, just like her mother used to do.
